Built for biologics
The hard claims, handled first.
Every fix says why
When Nadia changes a claim, one plain sentence tells your team why. Every fix can be undone, and a value a person typed is never overwritten behind their back.
Doses billed the way they were given
The dose becomes the packages actually drawn, one claim line per strength.
Prices that explain themselves
Every charge follows your own fee schedule.
Coverage checked before the visit
Benefits confirmed ahead of every scheduled dose, so the claim starts clean.
Your practice sees everything
Claims, payments and notes in your own portal, the same screens our billers use.
Ask Nadia
Questions get
answers, not tickets.
Ask about any claim, patient or payment in plain words. Nadia answers from your practice’s own records, and a person from our billing team is one message away.
Why hasn’t Marcus Webb’s claim been paid yet?
Medicare accepted it on September 29 and it’s in process. Their payments usually land about two weeks after acceptance, so I’ll check it again on October 13 and tell you here.
And the blocked one for Priya Raman?
It needs the prior authorization number. I found it on the approval letter in her chart.
